Player feedback is invaluable, it is absolutely invaluable for creating an amazing game. But you do have to look at the whole body of feedback and look, not just for 1 persons comments, or 1 thing that might have been called out, but in general you want to be looking for kind of broad trends, and things that people are saying because you start to realize, ah there’s absolutely something here we could be doing better or there is a wonton desire of the community for us to, ya know, feed this, give them more of this character, give them more of this particular storyline. Allow for the story to bleed over into other parts of the game for instance and that, I think there absolutely is an art to being able to look at all of the player feedback and really understand how best to serve the need that is being communicated. So yes, we... when we are making a story we definitely will be looking at our forums, we’re looking at Reddit threads, we’re looking at comments that are online to our videos and other pieces, I certainly talk with people at conferences and answer questions and people will come up to me and say Oh I’d really love to see more of this character do this, or why did you have this particular person die, for instance, and um when you get all that information, you start to realize, ok, yeah what there is here, is a desire for something in this particular area, it may not be the thing that 1 or 2 or 7 people called out, but you start to understand that we could even be doing our jobs better if we net this particular need. And then it becomes about, ok how is the best way to actually hit that need rather than doing exactly what someone asked for.
