I don’t do any of the art or any of the design work, or the coding, or the audio work. Um, [clears throat], but what I do do is I really want to understand what all those, what our team wants to achieve. So, yes, particularly when we’re finishing, so we’re finishing Tearaway right now and I know that my job is to make sure that we keep, we keep the course. And we don’t get scared and we don’t get worried and don’t lose faith. And, you know, the team would be tired, so you know, it’s like you kind of have to cheerlead them on whilst also reminding them of this vision you’ve come up with is really amazing and we have to do it justice. So, we have to work hard or we can’t take that shortcut or we can take that shortcut. Um, and so I definitely, I feel like I’m responsible for making sure that when we get to that finish line they have made what it is that they want to have made. And then the times when they’re exhausted and tired and losing perspective, that I haven’t done so at the same time and then we’ve made a wrong turn.
