Um, we try and - we're pretty responsive to our fans. Uh, excuse me. We - we go to, uh - we go to a lot of shows, a lot of events, public events. Um, we go to PAX pretty frequently. And uh, we love talking to those - to fans. Uh, it's - you know, it took a while for us to have fans. Um, but uh, once - once Guacamalee came out, we were finding people coming up to us all the time and just telling us how much they love our games. But there are definitely people who are, you know, less positive about our games, and you don't tend to meet those people in person because I feel like the people who are - who are going to be harshly critical, they're usually going to do it behind, you know, a computer screen. Um, but, like I know, like, on our Steam forums, there are people who, you know, say a lot of bad things about us, and I feel like they're - they are, like, a - pretty much a minority, but they're very vocal minority. Um, and typically, the way that you have to deal with that is just, you know, try and listen to what they're saying, see if there's a message in there, but don't try and engage with them, because if you do try and engage with them, you see - it usually just makes everybody look bad. Um, makes - sometimes it's impossible to tell if they're serious or if they're just trolling you. So, and it's - since it's so hard to distinguish between that, it's just better to not engage. Um, but we don't - we also don't try and censor any of that stuff. Like, if - if people really have these opinions, we don't want to try and shut them down. We just let them say their message. Maybe we won't respond to it, but uh, you know, they have a right to say that. And I find often, uh, other people, our fans will come to our defense and say no, you're not right about that. That's - what your saying does not make sense. So, um, we never really go on the defensive. We just let, uh - we let our fans defend us if - if we deserve to be defended. Um, but in general, I think it's - you know, our interactions with our fans are almost 100% positive.
